<br />Westervelt's Subdivision of a part of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W.) of said Section 15, thence running in a NOrtheasterly
<br />direction until a line at right angles the length of 66 feet, more or less, inter-
<br />sects with the Easterly line of said Fractional Lot 8, of said Block 91, thence
<br />running Northerly along said Easterly line of said Lot 8, to the place of beginning,
<br />and also a strip of ground described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner
