STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />86.-- 101650 <br />A F F I D A V I T <br />I, Charles B. Beer, being first duly sworn upon oath, desposes and says: <br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and <br />is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell -Beer, Engineering & Surveying, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on December 8, 1972, he completed a survey <br />of Amick Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and that <br />the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the Register <br />of Deeds office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat <br />of said survey and the original field notes of said survey, and has <br />discovered errors shown in the dimensions on the southwesterly and <br />southeasterly lines of Lot Six (6) as shown on the original plat <br />of said Amick Acres Second Subdivision. <br />4. Affiant further states that the dimensions on the southwesterly line <br />of said Lot Six (6) should read "One Hundred Fifty Eight (158.0) <br />feet, and Twenty Nine and Seven Tenths (29.7) feet" in lieu of the <br />"One Hundred Sixty (160.0) feet, and Thirty Three and Twenty Five <br />Hundredths (33.25) feet" as shown on the original plat; and the dimen- <br />sions on the southeasterly line of said Lot Six (6) should read "One <br />Hundred Sixteen (116.0) feet, and Sixty One and Seventy Two Hundredths <br />(61.72) feet" in lieu of the "One Hundred Thirty Four (134.0) feet, <br />and Forty Five and Seventy 'Ilvo Hundredths (45.72) feet" as shown <br />on the original plat. <br />Further _A f' t Saith Not. <br />�,g yE9RASK� <br />E <br />r, O%ST ER G <br />l Charles B.
