CONSTRUCTION CO., afkla DAVIS <br />BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a corporation organized and <br />existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of <br />Nebraska, in consideration of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND <br />NO1100 DOLLARS ( ;10,500.00), received from Grantees, does grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHARLES R. FRITH and <br />BEsSSIE E. FRITH, husband and wife, as jo-.nt tenants with right of <br />survivorship, herein called the Grantees, the following-described <br />real property in Hal' County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Lake Davis Acres Fourth Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />AND <br />A tract of land comprising, a part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE} NE}) of Section <br />Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Rang <br />Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at <br />the Northwest corner of Lot One (1), Lake Davis Acres <br />Fourth Subdivision; thence southerly along the west <br />line of said Lot One (1) , a distance of Two Hundred <br />(200.0) feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot One <br />(1) ; thence deflecting right 890 95' 21" and running <br />westerly, a distance of Two Hundred (200.00) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 90° 14' 39e and running <br />northerly, a distance of Two Hundred Eight and Fifteen <br />Hundredths (208.15) feet to the South line of Lot One <br />(1), Lake Davis Acres Second Subdivision; thence <br />easterly along the South line of said Lot One (1), a <br />distance of Two Hundred Nineteen and Ninety -Eight <br />Hundredths (219.98) feet to the East line of Austin <br />Avenue; thence southerly along t?he East line of said <br />Austin Avenue, a distance of Seven (7.0) feet to the <br />North line of said Lot One (1), Lake Davis Acres Fourth <br />Subdivision; thence westerly along the north line of <br />said Lot One (1) , a distance of Twenty and Five <br />Hundredths (20.05) feet to the place of beginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />And the Grantor, for itself and its successors and assigns, <br />does hereby covenant with the Grantees and with Grantees' heirs <br />and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; <br />that they are free from encumbrance; that Grantor has good right <br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor <br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the <br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has :hereunto caused these <br />presents to be signed by its President. <br />Dated �� 1986. <br />DAVIS BROS.
