CONSTRUCTION CO., afkla DAVIS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, in consideration of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO1100 DOLLARS ( ;10,500.00), received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto CHARLES R. FRITH and BEsSSIE E.
