<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Homestead Savings, A
<br />Federal Savings and Loan, is Plaintiff and Randall D. Davis and Kathryn
<br />L. Davis, husband and wife, et al., are Defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants,
<br />Randall D. Davis and Kathryn L. Davis, husband and wife, of the amount
<br />due to Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by Randall D. Davis
<br />and Kathryn L. Davis, husband and wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />dated March 10, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 10, 1983, as Document No.
<br />83- 001184, which Mortgage described as Document No. 83- 001184, was
<br />assigned to Banco Mortgage Company, on March 16, 1983, and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 25, 1983, as Document No. 83- 001437, which Mortgage was assigned
<br />on September 25, 1984, by Norwest Mortgage, Inc., (formerly Banco
<br />Mortgage Company) to Homestead Savings, and recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 9, 1984,
<br />as Document No. 84- 005310, wherein Randall D. Davis and Kathryn L.
<br />Davis, husband and wife, conveyed to Plaintiff the following described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Seven (7), in Windolph's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same declared
<br />a lien on the interest of Randall D. Davis and Kathryn L. Davis,
<br />husband and wife, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to
<br />have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so
<br />found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and
<br />equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and appur-
<br />tenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as the
<br />Court may deem just and equitable.
