r <br />86-- 101473 <br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />The Grantor, THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, a <br />banking corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of <br />the laws of the United States, in consideration of Eighty -Two <br />Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($82,500.00), received <br />from Grantees, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />PAUL L. OBERMILLER and BETTY LOU OBERMILLER, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the: following- described real <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW}) of Section Ten <br />(10), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the Sixth.
