OBERMILLER and BETTY LOU OBERMILLER, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the: following- described real <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW}) of Section Ten <br />(10), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the Sixth.
