<br />r herein called the Trustor, and Arend I3&•rack, Attorney at Law, hereinafter referred
<br />t to as Trustee, and The Overland 'rational Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Beneficiary, hereby agree as follows:
<br />1. Trustor has executed and delivered to Trustee a Deed of Trust dated
<br />September 6, 1985, and recorded on September 10, 1985, as Document No. 85- 004376
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration
<br />of a certain Deed of Trust note for $24,100.tY), a valid subsisting obligation of
<br />the Trustor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest
<br />thereon shall be due according to the term of the aforementioned Deed of
<br />:'`rust, modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A Deed of Trust note dated September 6, 1985, on which a principal
<br />balance of $24,100.00 now .rorairns unpaid, will be repaid on Sept. 2,
<br />1986. Interest will accrue from `larch 5, 1986 at the rate of
<br />12.7Y' per annum on the unpaid balance until paid.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original Deed of Trust
<br />dated September 6, 1985, shall remain the same, and this Modification Agreement
<br />is made a part of the original Deed of Trust by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
