<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />Omaha Bank for Cooperatives, Omaha, Nebraska, a corporation, hereby releases
<br />the mortgage executed by FARMERS UNION COOPERATIVE ELEVATOR ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, Grand Island, Nebraska, dated February 11, 1983, which
<br />mortgage was recorded on August 1, 1983, as Document No. 83- 004025 of the Real
<br />Estate Records of Mall County, Nebraska, on the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots 2 and 3, Garden Place Sub-
<br />division, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 Nest of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described
<br />as follows.. Lot 2, except the North 40 feet thereof, and the North
<br />40 feet of Lot 3, Garden Place Subdivision, Mall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said release is restricted to the property described above, and said
<br />mortgage to remain in full force and effect insofar as the other property
<br />described therein is concerned.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Omaha Bank for Cooperatives has caused these
<br />presents to be executed by its Ass't. Vice President and its corporate seal to
<br />be affixed thereon this 13th day of March, 1986.
