Bank of Grand Island, <br />Grand Island, Hall tbunty, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />1. Mortgagors have executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage <br />dated March 1, 1985, and recorded on March 1, 1965, as Document No. 85- 001040 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a certain <br />mortgage note for $183,740.52, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagors, and <br />payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due <br />according to the teams of the aforementioned real estate mortgage, modified and <br />payable in the following manner: <br />A mortgage note dated March 1, 1985, on which a principal. <br />balance of $167,740.52 remains unpaid, will be repaid in <br />quarterly principal payments of $4,000.00 plus all accrued <br />interest due on May 26, 1986, August 26, 1986, and November <br />26, 1966, with the entire unpaid and remaining principal <br />balance plus all accrued interest fully due and payable <br />on February 26, 1967. The interest rate charged on this <br />loan will be 11.5 %, fixed, from February 26, 1.966. <br />2.
