WARRANTY DEED <br />MICHAEL D. SWANSON AND JULIE B. SWANSON, husband ard.wife <br />herein calked the Grantor s,, for and in consideration of the cancella- <br />tion of indebtedness owing from Grantor(s) to Grantee, do(es) grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein called tze Grantee, the following - <br />described real estate in HALL County, Nebraska: <br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BISHOP HEIGHTS SUBDI'VI5I0N, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />DOCUMMMY <br />STAMP TAX <br />MAR 111986 <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Premises above- described, together with <br />all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, <br />unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. <br />And Grantor(s) hereby covenant(s) with the said Grantee and with Grantee' <br />(s) successors and assigns, that Grantor(s) (is) (are) lawfully seized <br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and that Grantor(s) <br />ha(s)(ve) good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantor(s <br />hereby covenant(s) to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Gran - <br />tor(s) hereby relinquish(es) all right, title, claim and Interest in <br />and to the above- described premises. <br />This Warranty 'Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Gran- <br />tor s) having conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate <br />consideration, such consideration being satisfaction of obligations <br />secured by the Mortgage executed by Grantor(s) to Grantee as mortgagee <br />recorded as Document No. 82- 001943 in HALL County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor(s) deciare(s) that this conveyance is freely and fairly <br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, or other than <br />this deed, between Grantor(s) and Grantee with respect to said land. <br />Signed this day of February, 1986 . <br />"chaei D.
