:ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br />The undersigned, ROBERT G. AENZL and REBURTA R_ WENZL, <br />husband and wife, identified as "Trustor" under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated March 3 1966, to be entered into among <br />Trustor, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at :maw, "Trustee ", and National <br />Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association, "Beneficiary ", <br />hereby acknowledge that this Acknowledgement is made prior to <br />their execution of that Deed of Trust in respect to that real <br />estate described as: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section <br />Twenty -Nine (29) and Lot Two (2) in Section <br />Thirty (30), Both in Township Twelve (12) <br />North of Range Nine 19) West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />and <br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NJSEj) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), 'Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, except that portion deeded to the <br />State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed recorded <br />in the Register of Deeds office, hall County, <br />Nebraska, in Book 76, Page 506; <br />and that they know and understand that (a) the Deed of Trust to <br />a <br />be executed by Trustor is a Trust Deed and not a Mortgage and (b) <br />that the power of sale provided for in the Deed of Trust provides <br />essentially different rights and obligations to the Trustor than <br />a Mortgage in the event of default or breach of obligation. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this <br />Acknowledgement on this =rd day of March i986. <br />Robert G.
