<br />Page 460 of the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and also excepting a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />Book 151, at Page 148 of the Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Ball County, Nebraska; and further excepting a tract
<br />of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 85- 000163 of the Register of
