<br />-Section = Eleven, (11), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Ten (10), west of the, 6th P.M., Grand, Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />and which deed of trust was subsequently assigned by Five Points Bank
<br />to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund or its legal successor, Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, by assignment dated October 5, 1983,
<br />and recorded October 17, 1983 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as document number 83- 005531, does hereby
<br />remove Jon F. Luebs as Trustee thereunder and does hereby appoint
<br />Mary Ray Pryor, attorney at law, 500 Electric Building, Omaha,
<br />Nebraska 68102, as Trustee thereunder.
