Rev. Stat. ® 76 -201) in <br />Hall County. Nebraska: <br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Ten (10), Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having sold said land to the Grantee <br />for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that above <br />recited, being full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Mortgage executed <br />by Robert James Nicks to Cattmercial National Bank and Trust Company, recorded as <br />Document No 80- 001874, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, which mortgage was assign ed to the Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, and the <br />Note secured thereby.
