86-- 100540 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />L & D PROPERTIES, a partnership, herein called the Grantor, <br />for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness mowing <br />from Grantor to Grantees, does grant„ bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto LARRY L. LEEP and DONALD R. SALADEN, as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the following - described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Block Ten (1.0), University Place, <br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block Fourteen (14), Ashton <br />Place,, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever.
