<br />The Westeriv Two Hundred Ninety -seven feet (297') of Lot
<br />Thirteen (13) of Vantine Subdivision, an :Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, except tract condemned by
<br />the City of Grand Island, ?fall County, Nebraska; and
<br />A part of Lot Fourteen (14) of Vantine Subdivision of part of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of S: -ction Fourteen (14), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast
<br />corner of said Lot Fourteen (14) of Vantine Subdivision, and
<br />running westerly along and upon the southerly line of Lot
<br />Fourteen (14), Vantine Subdivision for a distance of Two Hundred
<br />Seventy feet (270') feet to the easterly line of Pine Street
<br />extended, thence running northerly along and upon the easterly
<br />line of Pine Street extended, a distance of Ninety -nine feet
<br />(99'), thence running easterly and parallel to the easterly line
<br />of Lot Fourteen (14), Vantine Subdivision a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Seventy feet (270'), thence running southerly parallel
<br />to the easterly line of Pine Street extended a distance of
<br />Ninety -nine feet (99') to the point of beginning, except that
<br />part taken by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as shown by
<br />Ordinance No. 1302, condemning property recorded in Book "P" at
<br />Page 574 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This deed is given to correct errors contained in Warranty Deed
<br />dated Julv 27, 1981, and recorded as Instrument No. 81- 003895 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, whereby no
<br />documentary stamps are required.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with
<br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances; subject to all easements of
<br />record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against
<br />the lawful claims of ail _persons.
