TONKINSON and MARGUERITE E. <br />TONKINSON, husband and wife, identified as "Trustors" under a <br />certain Deed of Trust dated ^1 , 1987, in respect to <br />that real estate described as: <br />All of Lot Four (4) in Block Forty -Four (44), <br />Original Town, brand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />to be entered into among Trustors, AREND R. BAACK, "Trustee," and <br />R. DENNIS NORRIS and PATRICIA A.
