87- 105,312 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of <br />Trust executed by CARL R. HAGAN and DEBORAH J. HAGAN, husband and <br />wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the <br />beneficiary named therein, dated July 10, 1984, and recorded <br />July 10, 1984, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 84- 003642, has been paid, <br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />P.econveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as <br />to such premises; <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE }NE}) of Section <br />Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described <br />as follows: Commencing at a point on the <br />Easterly line of Clark Street where said line <br />would be intersected by the Southerly line of <br />John Street, if extended, thence Southerly, <br />along said Easterly line of Clark Street <br />Fifty (50) feet, thence Easterly at right <br />angles, One Hundred Twenty -Four (124) feet, <br />thence Northerly, at right angles, Fifty (50) <br />feet, to what would be the Southerly line of <br />John Street, if extended, thence Westerly, <br />along said Southerly line, One Hundred <br />Twenty -Four (124) feet, to the place of <br />beginning, being a rectangular piece of <br />ground, having a Westerly frontage of Fifty <br />(50) feet on Clark Street, a depth of One <br />Hundred Twenty -Four (124) feet, and bounded <br />on the North by the extended Southerly line <br />of John Street; <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 28th day of August, 1987. <br />A�j k 1 <br />Arend R.
