<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />January 28, 2004, by DOMINGA MARTINEZ, a single person, Trustor, in favor of
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Nominee for Popular
<br />Financial Services, LLC, as Beneficiary, and OLD REPUBLIC, as Trustee, and which was filed
<br />for record on January 29,2004, as Instrument No. 2004-00868, of the Mortgage Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS
<br />TRUSTEE FOR EQUITY ONE INC. MORTGAGE/PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATE
<br />SERIES #2004-2, by virtue of an Assigmuent dated October 23, 2007, and filed for record on
<br />November 9, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-09591 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing OLD
<br />REPUBLIC, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK SEVEN (7), KOEHLER PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non ~payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. ill addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this dcfault and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (l) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Dced of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
