<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DEBORAH L TROSPER AND ROBERT E TROSPER. WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 9. 2006 and recorded AUGUST 17. 2006 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200607342 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />such premises:
