<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, First State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Raymond J.
<br />O'Connor and Jennifer S. O'Connor, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which First State Bank is named Trustee, and First
<br />State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and recorded June 15, 2001 as Instrument #200105735 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, has received from the Beneficiary, a request to reconvey reciting satisfaction of such sums and that such trust
<br />deed has been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, to-wit: Raymond J.
