<br />MASTER COMMISSIONE~~ <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br /> <br />88- <br /> <br />106629 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, wherein COMMERCIAL FEDERAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a corporation, <br />was Plaintiff and DONALD E. SCROGGS AND PATRICIA S. SCROGGS, and others, <br />were Defendants, being filed as Caee No. 94-175, there was entered, on <br />August 30, 1988, a Decree of foreclosure finding that there was due <br />Plaintiff the sum set forth in Plaintiff's Petition, and unless <br />Defendants, or one. of them, within twenty days from the date of said <br />Decree pays to Plaintiff, the amount so found due with interest and costs, <br />that David C, Huston, Master Commissioner, should sell as upon execution, <br />according to law, the real estate hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, <br />did, on No~ember 2, 1988, having first given due <br />time and p'ace of said sale as provided by law, <br />public auction to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL MORTGAGE <br />herein; and <br /> <br />the Master Commissioner <br />and legal notice of the <br />sell said property at <br />CORPORATION, Plaintiff <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purchaser's bid was assigned to the Administration of <br />Veterans Affairs, its successors and assignsj and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said sale was afterwards and on November 17, 1988, duly <br />examined and confirmed by said Court and said Master Commissioner was <br />then and there ordered and directed by said Court to execute and deliver <br />to said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in fee simple to said <br />Purchaser. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, David C. Huston, Master Commi6sioner, in <br />consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powers vested in me <br />by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and said Decree of foreclosure of <br />said Court and the Order confirming said sale, and in order to carry into <br />effect the sale so made as aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of <br />$53,900.00, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do hereby <br />grant, bargain, 6ell, convey and confirm unto the ADMINISTRATOR OF <br />VETERANS AFFAIRS, and to its successors and assigns forever, the following <br />described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Five 15), in Hidden Lakes Subdivision, Number Two 12). being a <br />part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter ISE 1/4 NE <br />1/4) and part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter IN 1/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine 19) West of the 6th P,H., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />the same being the property that was sold as aforesaid, and the same being <br />the premises described in said Decree4 <br /> <br />TO <br />AFFAIRS, <br /> <br />HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS <br />its 5ueCeBsors and assigns, forever. <br /> <br />j IN WITNESS ~EREOF, I have, as such Kaster Comm,ss,oner. hereto <br />my_ hand this ~ day of November, 1988.
