<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate there.on,
<br />underground electrical utility lines, cables, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of Lot Sixty Six (66), Grand Island
<br />Industrial Park West Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska; the centerline of the sixteen (16.0) foot wide easement being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot Ten (10), said
<br />Grand Island Industrial Park West Subdivision; thence
<br />running Westerly along the extension of the North right-of-
<br />way line of Enterprise Avenue, a distance of one hundred
<br />sixty eight and twenty-eight hundredths (168.28) feet to the
<br />Actual Point Of Beginning; thence deflecting left 83028'00"
<br />and running Southwesterly, a distance of five hundred forty
<br />two (542.0) feet.

<br />The above described easement containing 0.199 acre, more or
<br />less, as shown on the plat dated 10/18/88, marked Exhibit
<br />"A", attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described easement for the
<br />installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such underground
<br />electrical utility lines and appurtenances.
<br />
<br />Such rights of ingress and egreaa shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted including, but not limited to, the right to remove, clear, and keep
<br />clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth. and other obstructions interfering
<br />with the surveying, construction, inspection, maintenance, repair,
<br />replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such underground electrical
<br />utility lines and appurtenances. No structures, buildings, fences, or other
<br />obstructions of any kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon, above, along~..
<br />across. un-derneath, or through the easement herein granted.
<br />
<br />The Grantor and the Grantee hereto agree that the Grantor may use the
<br />easement area granted for any use permitted by law, that does not interfere
<br />with the operation and maintenance of the underground electrical utility lines
<br />and appurtenance a constructed therain.
<br />
<br />All underground electrical utility lines, cables, terminals,
<br />transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith,
<br />placed in, upon. above. along_ across, underneath, and through such easement
<br />shall remain the property of the Grantee, and may be removed or replaced at
<br />any time.
