88-104224 SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED EDWARD HUEBNER and MARY BELLE HUEBNER, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto EDWARD HUEBNER and MARY BELLE HUEBNER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in conunon, herein called the Grantees, the fOllowing-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W~NEj) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEjNEj) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West, Hall County, Nebraska7 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises 7 that they are free from encumbrance 7 that they are conveyed subject to covenants, condi- tions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record 7 that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same7 and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
