<br />88- 104105 <br /> <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the <br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 6, 1985, and filed <br />for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 85-002702 on June 6, 1985, <br />wherein Wilburn F. Burton and Gladys E. Burton, husband and wife, <br />were identified as Trustors; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of <br />the obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such <br />Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and <br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in <br />Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter <br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place <br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at <br />such public auction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R.
