Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, is Trustee under the Trust Deed dated August 24, 1987 executed by John D. Gericke and patricia A. Gericke, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-105118 and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Isl and, Nebraska, wri tten request to reconvey reciting thar the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the fallowing-described real property: The Southerly 20 feet of Lot Twelve (12) and all of Lot Thirteen (13) all j n Belmont Addi tion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
