<br />ADJACENT TO AN EASTERLY OF LOT ONE (I), IN BLOCK ONE (\) OF MEVES FIRST
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM THE EASTERLY
<br />PROLONGATION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SUCH LOT TO THE EASTERLY PROLONGATION OF
<br />THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SUCH LOT.

<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.

<br />said party of the second part, ita true and lavful attorney, irrevocable, in
