<br />TI-L.<\ T, \X'HEREAS all of the in,debtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Tony R Robenson and Celeste M. Robenson, as Joint Tenant with the
<br />Right of Survivorship, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded on the 14th day
<br />of August, 2002, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument number
<br />0200208836 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
