Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a certain <br />Deed of Trust dated June 4,2001, wherein Nickie J. Kallos and Rosie K. Kallos, Husband and <br />Wife are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on June 6, 2001, as Instrument No. 200105395 and contains as trust property, <br />the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block Twenty-Three <br />(23), in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Plum <br />Street, said point being on the southerly line of said Lot Eight (8), and Twenty-Seven <br />(27.0) feet westerly from the southeast comer of Lot Eight (8); thence westerly along the <br />southerly line of said Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), a distance of Fifty-Nine (59.0) feet; <br />thence northerly along a line Twenty (20.0) feet west of and parallel to the easterly line of <br />said Lot Seven (7), a distance of Sixty-Eight and Fifty-Two Hundredths (68.52) feet; <br />thence easterly parallel to the southerly line of Lots Seven (7), and Eight (8), a distance of <br />Thirty-Seven and Ninety-Five Hundredths (37.95) feet, to the line of Plum Street; thence <br />southeasterly along said westerly line of Plum Street, a distance of Thirty-Seven and <br />One- Tenth (37.1) feet, to a point of curvature; thence southeasterly along said westerly <br />line of Plum Street, along the arc of a curve whose radius is Twenty-Five (25.0) feet, a <br />distance of Thirteen and Fifty-Six Hundredths (13.56) feet, to a point Twenty-Seven <br />(27.0) feet west of the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8); thence southerly parallel to the <br />easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of Twenty-Four and Six-Tenths (24.6) feet <br />to the place of beginning and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 8459, <br />filed March 26, 1999 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 99-103127; and <br /> <br />The West 2/3 of Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty-Three (23), Nagy's Addition in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated June 4,2001, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISALND, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to <br />the tenns of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation. ___ <br /> <br />cty / ;:-/"''')/''<?>? / <br /> <br />L .,/,i\/~ 1 /~ a!~_~ <br /> <br />Arend R.
