<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jerome J.
<br />Pollart and Paula J. Pollart, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not
<br />as tenants in common, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated March 21, 2005, and recorded May 17, 2005,
<br />instrument number 0200504440 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Tmstee does by these presents, grant, remise,
