<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Dawn M. Peard, trustor, to the Bank of
<br />Clarks, whose address is Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Streets, P. O. Box 246,
<br />Silver Creek, Nebraska, Trustee, and the Bank of Clarks, 301 North Green, P. O. Box 125, Clarks, Nebraska,
<br />Beneficiary, and recorded August 22, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 0200607501 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust
<br />in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
