<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KENNETH L SCHWIEGER AND JANICE SCHWIEGER HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 13.2005 and recorded MAY 19.2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200504507 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />THE EASTERLY 14.5 FEET OF LOT THIRTY-TWO (32) ALL OF LOT THIRTY-THREE
<br />(33) AND THE WESTERLY 12 FEET OF LOT THIRTY-FOUR (34) ALL IN BLOCK THREE
<br />(3) BLAIN ADDITION CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />prennses.
