The City hereby grants to the Permittees a permit to connect the property at 1410 Geddes Street to <br />the City's Interceptor, Manhole #176, as shown on the attached drawing dated October 24, 2006, in <br />accordance with Standard Plan #129A, with the City Plumbing Code and the requirements ofthe Public <br />Works Director. Such connection is to be inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br /> <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Permittees shall be and remain <br />the property of the Permittees and in no event shall the City be required to maintain the line. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
