<br />Notice is hereby given that David W. Marienau and Sharon L. Marienau, husband and wife, Trustors
<br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 25,
<br />2005 as Instrument No. 0200507080, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate,
<br />to-wit:

<br />THE NORTH 44 FEET OF LOT 2, IN BLOCK 21, IN SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST
<br />LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND A
<br />TRACT OF LAND LYING ADJACENT THERETO AND BEING A PART OF WHAT
<br />WAS FORMERLY WEST 17TH STREET IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA AS VACATED BY SAID CITY BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 3993
<br />DATED MAY 15TH, 1963, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOWS, TO WIT: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, IN
<br />BLOCK 21, IN SCARFF'S ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA; RUNNING THENCE EAST ALONG AND UPON THE NORTH
<br />LINE OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE
<br />RUNNING NORTHERLY ON A PROLONGATION OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT 2, FOR A DISTANCE OF 14 FEET; THENCE RUNNING WEST PARALLEL
<br />WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 2, TO A POINT ON A PROLONGATION OF
<br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE RUNNING SOUTH ON A
<br />PROLONGATION OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 2, FOR A DISTANCE OF 14
<br />FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, BEING THE POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING,

<br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under
<br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee
<br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said
<br />indebtedness.
<br />
<br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute
<br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify- the
<br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. In addition, if the
<br />original creditor is different from the above-named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will
<br />be provided to you if you request this information in writing from the undersigned within thirty (30) days
<br />from your receipt of this notice. Despite the 30-day period mentioned above, we are authorized to continue
<br />this collection action.
