<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 26,
<br />2004, and recorded April 27, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200404110, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;

<br />of Section Twenty-Nine (29) in Township Eleven (II) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth
<br />P.M. Hall County, Nebraska and a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NW V. NE V.) of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (II) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows:

<br />Commencing at a point on the north line of said NW V. NE v., said point being Eighty-Four and
<br />Thirty- Three Hundredths (84.33) feet east of the East Right-of-Way line of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad; thence continuing easterly along and upon the north line of said NW V. NE V. a distance
<br />of Eight-Five (85) feet; thence southerly and parallel to the east Right-of-Way line of the Union
<br />Pacific Railroad a distance of One Hundred Eighty-Three (I83) feet; thence westerly and parallel
<br />to the north line of said NW V. NE V. a distance of Eighty-Five (85) feet; thence northerly and
<br />parallel to the east Right-of-Way line of the Union Pacific Railroad a distance of One Hundred
