<br />Northeast Quarter (NW V. NE V.) of Section Twenty-Nine (29), Township Eleven (II) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as
<br />follows:

<br />Commencing at a point on the north line of said NW V. NE v., said point being Eighty-Four and
<br />Thirty- Three Hundredths (84.33) feet east of the East Right-of-Way line of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad; thence continuing easterly along and upon the north line of said NW V. NE V. a distance
<br />of Eight-Five (85) feet; thence southerly and parallel to the east Right-of-Way line of the Union
<br />Pacific Railroad a distance of One Hundred Eighty-Three (I83) feet; thence westerly and parallel
