<br />THAT, WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and
<br />Assignment of Rents and Leases (Including Fisture Filing under Uniform Commercial Code) dated September 15,
<br />2005 executed by John Bellamy and Bonnie Bellamy to U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee and as the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, recorded on October 17, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as instrument 0200510258, has had a partial payment, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this partial deed of reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and in accordance with the request of said
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust,
<br />in the following described premised, but only as to such premises:
