Geneva State Bank. <br />Geneva. Nebraska. as TIustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 21, 2005 executed by <br />Shafer Properties, LLC, a Nebraska Limited LiabiUty Company, as Trustors. in which <br />Geneva State Bank. 896 G Street. Geneva. Nebraska. is named as Beneficiary. and the <br />undersigned as Trustee. and recorded December 23, 2005 in Instrument #200512551 of <br />Mortgages in the office of the County Clerk of Hall County. Nebraska. has received from the <br />Beneficiary thereunder. a written request to partially reconvey the following described <br />premises. reciting that a portion of the sum secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and <br />that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been amended to reflect the Partial <br />Deed of Reconveyance herein. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. in accordance with such request and the provision of such Deed of <br />Trust. the undersigned as Trustee does hereby reconvey. without warranty. to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto. all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under <br />the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate. to wit: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Crane Valley 4th Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (1010 Diers Ave.) <br /> <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express terms and conditions that it <br />shall in no wise affect the lien of the above mentioned Deed of Trust on the remaining land <br />described in said Deed of Trust. but shall be construed as a reconveyance by the undersigned <br />of the land above described. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF.
