<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 2,2001, executed by Earl T. yankten and Betty Ann Yankten,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200110046 on the 4th day of October, 2001, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />The East Half ofthe Southwest Quarter (EY2SW~) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and the West Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (WY2SE~) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
