<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated July 30,2001, executed by Alvin G. Motley, an Unmarried Person, Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 6, 2001,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200107753, and
<br />

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2002, executed by Alvin G. Motley and Lorie Motley, Husband
<br />and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June
<br />6,2002, recorded as Instrument No.. 0200206036, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />THE WEST HALF (WI/2) OF LOT TWO (2) AND ALL OF THE WEST HALF (WI/2) OF LOT FOUR (4)
<br />EXCEPTING THE SOUTH EIGHT FEET (S8') THEREOF, IN BLOCK SEVEN (7) IN COLLEGE ADDITION TO
<br />TWEST LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
