Motley, an Unmarried Person, Trustor, <br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 6, 2001, <br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200107753, and <br /> <br />t,.OD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2002, executed by Alvin G.
