<br />In consideration ofthe partial payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated 4. S 0
<br />August 12,2003, by and between JASON J. PHIPPS and SABRINA L. PHIPPS, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 200313059 in the Office of
<br />the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the
<br />Beneficiary, CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of
