<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Roger D Splattstoesser, A single person, as
<br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the
<br />27th day of July 2005, and recorded on the 8th day of August 2005, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200507649, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001 ):
