<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />Whereas, the undersigned, YORK STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of -=" 5> 0
<br />Trust dated March 1 0, 2006 executed by BOBBY D. GIRMUS AND ELIZABETH A. GIRMUS, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, TRUSTORS in which YORK STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, is named as beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on March 10, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200602134 of
<br />Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to convey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered
<br />to the undersigned, as trustee for cancellation.

<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
