<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by CRAIG C
<br />CASPERSON and MICHELLE R CASPERSON; HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor
<br />to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated November 2, 1998 and March 26,
<br />2001, and recorded Nov 9, 1998 and March 30, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument No 98-111014 and Instrument No 0200102626, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
