<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />DANIEL L WELCH AND ANN C WELCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JUL Y 25, 1997 and recorded JULY 31. 1997 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER
<br />OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #97-106138 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 24,2004
<br />AND RECORDED JANUARY 27, 2004 AS DOC # 0200400779 AND AN EXTENSION .;;;-
<br />AGREEMENT DATED MAY 25, 2005 AND RECORDED JUNE 3, 2005 AS DOC # 020<t0~022
<br />AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED MAY 25, 2005 AND
<br />RECORDED JUNE 3, 2005 AS DOC # 0200505023;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />
