<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Trust Deed With Future Advances
<br />executed by Herbert F. Mayer, Jr. and Katharine Mayer, husband and wife, for the benefit of
<br />WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to National Bank of Commerce
<br />Trust and Savings Association, Lincoln, Nebraska, as a result of acquisition and name change
<br />dated as of December 218\ 1992 and recorded on December 23rd, 1992 as Instrument Number
<br />92-110962, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby
<br />quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Trust Deed With Future Advances. This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the
<br />Beneficiary under said Trust Deed With Future Advances.
