<br />Trust Deed dated November 22,2004 and executed by Mark J. Stauss and Tracy Stauss, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200411452 and rerecorded as Instrument
<br />#0200500484, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 29th day of November,
<br />2004, and rerecorded on the 19th day of January, 2005

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust.
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
