<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1996 executed by Odell Donahoo, a single person
<br />and Mary Kay Shay, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96-106578, on the 23rd day of August, 1996, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />(SW1/4SW1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22) IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, OF RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6 PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH LIES 425 FEET
<br />EAST OF A CERTAIN OTHER POINT WHICH LIES 33 FEET NORTH OF A
<br />CERTAIN OTHER POINT WHICH LIES 33 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />CORNER OF SAID SECTION 22, RUNNING THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH
<br />THE EAST SIDE OF THE COUNTY ROAD TWO HUNDRED AND SEVEN (207)
<br />FEET, THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 22
<br />ONE HUNDRED FEET (100') THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE
<br />OF THE TRACT HEREBY CONVEYED TWO HUNDRED AND SEVEN FEET (207'),
<br />THENCE WEST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 22 ONE
<br />HUNDRED FEET (100') TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
