<br />HARRY L. LILIENTHAL and WANDA R. LILIENTHAL, husband and wife,
<br />GRANTORS, representing a Capital Contribution do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto HUSKER STORAGE, L.L.c., a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTEE, the
<br />following-described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev$tat 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Five (5), Westgate Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />Lot Six (6), Westgate Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2), Westgate Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />GRANTORS covenant with the GRANTEE that GRANTORS:

<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except for: a Deed of Trust dated July 25,2003 and filed August
<br />1, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200310072 in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; a Deed of Trust dated April 15, 2004 and filed April 21,
<br />2004 as Instrument No. 0200403928 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and easements and restrictions of record;
<br />
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />
<br />(3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
