Steinkruger, Trustee of the Ruth M. <br />Steinkruger Revocable Trust, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Jeffrey L.
