D <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That Baker Development Company, a Nebraska <br />Corporation in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantee, does grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Shawn A.
