COMES NOW, Bank of Clarks, and states that: <br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust -Deed recorded, the office of the Hail County Register <br />of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200104599. <br />2. That Richard L. Casto and Krystal S. Casto, husband and wife, are the Trustors under the <br />Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Bank of Clarks as Trustee under the Trust <br />Deed as security on a note payable to Bank of Clarks. <br />4.
